Commits to immediate development of City Crest Estate 1 Primehill Limited, managers of City Crest Estates held her second stakeholders meeting and customer forum at Monty Suite Hotel in Uyo on Saturday 19 February 2022. The Real Estate firm which began operation in Akwa Ibom State in 2016 met with its subscribers to City Crest Estate 1 located in Mbiokporo 1 to interact on the prospects of developing structures in the Estate. Managing Director of Primehill Limited, Barrister Ido Aniekan Udofia in her opening remark expressed worry that since 2016 that the Estate came on board, no meaningful building has been erected by any of the subscribers from the over 500 that the Estate has allotted lands to. The Subscribers who took their turns to speak demanded that Primehill Limited begin by putting a structure in place to drive others. The company assured the clients that it will put to action the suggestions made. Meanwhile the company decided to reward dedicated staff with plots of land. The Head of Operation, Mrs Aniebiet Ekemini was presented a document for a full plot of land in appreciation for her services to the organisation. Also Prince Robert Akpan and Dennis Emayak the agents to Primehill Limited in City Crest Estate 1 were rewarded with full plots of land each for their stewardship. In keeping to its promise on the recent promo of buy one plot and stand a chance to win another free, Primehill Limited conducted a raffle draw before the attendees at the Customer forum where Comfort Kibua emerged winner of the bonus plot. The stakeholders meeting also had in attendance subscribers via zoom who joined across Nigeria and beyond.
